1. Nature of the Event

This Event is a personal development and coaching experience designed to provide tools, strategies, and processes based on neuroscience and mindset training to support personal growth and transformation.

The Event is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or other professional advice.

The facilitators and EmpowerU Coaching are not licensed medical professionals, and the Event does not provide therapy or medical treatment.

Any tools or processes taught are for educational and coaching purposes only.

2. Assumption of Risk

By attending, you acknowledge and agree that:

➡️ You voluntarily participate at your own risk.

➡️ Some content and processes may involve emotional exploration or techniques designed to shift thoughts, emotions, and identity.

➡️You are responsible for monitoring your own physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing throughout the Event.

➡️If you have a medical or psychological condition, we recommend consulting your qualified healthcare provider before attending.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While our goal is to create a powerful and transformative experience, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding:

➡️ Financial, professional, or personal results

➡️ Your outcomes depend on your personal circumstances, actions, and application of the tools provided.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

➡️ EmpowerU Coaching, its facilitators, contractors, staff, and partners are not liable for any personal injury, illness, emotional distress, loss, damage, or expenses arising from your participation.

➡️ You release and discharge EmpowerU Coaching and George Harb from any and all claims, known or unknown, arising out of attending or participating in the Event.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, tools, and processes shared during the Event are copyrighted and owned by EmpowerU Coaching.

You may use them for your personal growth only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or sell any materials without prior written consent.

6. Recording & Media Consent

Events may be recorded (photo/video) for promotional purposes.

By attending, you consent to the use of your image and likeness unless you notify us in writing before the Event.

7. Non-Refundable Tickets

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

However, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us in writing at least 7 days prior to the Event.

8. Force Majeure

EmpowerU Coaching shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay arises from, or is attributable to, acts, events, omissions, or accidents beyond its reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to:

➡️ Natural disasters (e.g., fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other extreme weather events)

➡️ Acts of God

➡️ Epidemics, pandemics, or other public health emergencies

➡️ Government actions, restrictions, or regulations

➡️ Strikes, labour disputes, or transportation shutdowns

➡️ Venue unavailability due to circumstances beyond EmpowerU Coaching’s control

➡️ Civil unrest, terrorism, or war

➡️ Any other event or circumstance outside EmpowerU Coaching’s reasonable control

In such cases, EmpowerU Coaching reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event without incurring liability for any resulting costs, damages, or losses. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date.

9. Event Cancellation by EmpowerU Coaching

EmpowerU Coaching reserves the right to postpone, relocate, or cancel the event at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where minimum attendee numbers are not met, unforeseen venue issues, safety concerns, or any other factors beyond our reasonable control.

In the unlikely event of cancellation, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price paid. EmpowerU Coaching will not be responsible for any additional costs you may have incurred, such as travel, accommodation, or other personal expenses.

Where possible, you may also be offered the option to transfer your ticket to a rescheduled or future event. If you choose not to accept the transfer, a full refund will still be provided.

10. Acknowledgement of Understanding

By completing registration and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, including:
